Files for upload must be in csv format. A header line is required. The following are the columns:

• Amount: Decimal number, no rand symbols, point for decimal (required)

• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on MY VOUCHERS.

• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on MY TICKETS.
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select to send via SMS or email.

Please note SMS's can only be sent once per voucher. Please ensure the number is correct.

You can upload cellphone numbers in a .csv or .txt file. Please make sure numbers are in the format +27824470577. Files should have no headers, and be listed with number and name separated by a coma with each listing separated by a new line eg +27824470577, John Smith.

• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select the option to 'View Vouchers'
• Next to each voucher you will see the option to view balance

The Pick n Pay digital grocery voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Yes, you can use multiple vouchers at checkout.
If there’s still a balance to pay after applying them, you can simply pay the difference with cash or card.
