 HELP - Payment options

Payment can be made via:
• Credit & Debit Card
• Pick n Pay
• OZOW (Instant EFT)
• Click to pay with Visa
• MasterPass by MasterCard
• Zapper
• SnapScan
• Cash/ Deposit or EFT (Pick n Pay Digital Vouchers & Joburg Theatre only)
Webtickets accepts all international and locally issued cards including Visa and Mastercard excluding Diners & AMEX cards.

Should you experience any issues with an international debit card, please try the MasterPass or VISA Checkout payment options.
You can book online and pay instore at any Pick n Pay including PnP Liquor, PnP Clothing, BP Express & Boxer stores.

• Once you've confirmed your selection to pay at Pick n Pay, a 12 digit booking reference number will be displayed on screen (eg 202191876395)
• Simply present your booking reference number to the cashier to make payment
• Tickets will be issued by the PnP cashier. You'll receive an automatic confirmation via email and SMS with a link to access your tickets on your Webtickets profile

You can book online and pay instore at selected Boxer stores: Nelspruit Promenade, West Street, Messina, Mthatha, Polokwane, Queenstown & Bloemfontein.

• Once you've confirmed your selection to pay at Pick n Pay, a 12 digit booking reference number will be displayed on screen (eg 202191876395)
• Simply present your booking reference number to the cashier to make payment
• Tickets will be issued by the Boxer Stores cashier. You'll receive an automatic confirmation via email and SMS with a link to access your tickets on your Webtickets profile
MasterPass is an app that lets you pay with your phone quickly, easily, and safely. Your MasterPass app uses your phone's camera to scan a MasterPass (a unique QR code).

• Once you've confirmed your selection to pay via MasterPass, a QR code will appear on your screen
• Open the MasterPass app on your mobile phone and proceed with payment
• Once the transaction has completed, you will be able to view your tickets
• You'll receive an automatic confirmation via email and SMS with a link to access your tickets on your Webtickets profile

• Once you've confirmed your selection to pay via Click to pay with Visa, you will be prompted to login to your Click to pay with Visa profile to process the transaction.
• Once the transaction has completed, you will be able to view your tickets
• You will also receive an automatic confirmation via email and sms with a link to access your tickets on your Webtickets profile

SnapScan is an app that lets you pay with your phone quickly, easily, and safely. Your SnapScan app uses your phone's camera to scan a SnapCode (a unique QR code).

• Open the Snapscan app on your mobile phone and proceed with payment
• Once the transaction has completed, you will be able to view your tickets

From QR codes, point of sale, eCommerce, e-billing, peer-to-peer payments, and everything in between, Ozow has your payment needs covered. With Ozow, you can make and receive payments, from anywhere, at any time. All you need is a bank account and a smart-enabled device. It’s that simple.
• Once you've confirmed your selection to pay via EFT, a booking reference number and the bank details to make payment to will be displayed on screen
• This will also be sent to you via email
• Make payment and use your unique booking reference number as your beneficiary reference
• Send your proof of payment to accounts@webtickets.co.za
• Your transaction will be validated within 72hrs
• You'll receive an automatic confirmation via email with a link to access your tickets under My Tickets

Only available for Pick n Pay Vouchers & Joburg Theatre
• EFT payments are validated within 72hrs
• Ensure that you have used your unique reference number as your beneficiary reference on your payment

• Once your payment has been validated, you will receive a notification to login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Tickets
to view or download your tickets

Once a customer has opted to pay for their ticket on Webtickets at a Pick n Pay, they have 24 hours to pay for their ticket. The customer will need present their unique payment reference number at any till point. Reference numbers are usually 10 or more digits and always begin with 202.

With Ozow, you can make and receive payments, from anywhere, at any time. All you need is a bank account and a smart-enabled device. It’s that simple.
Ozow can process automated/immediate EFTs for customers who have an account with one of South Africa’s nine major banks, namely ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank, Capitec, Investec, Tymebank, African Bank, and Bidvest Bank.
1. Select Ozow as your payment option during checkout. 2. Select your bank from the list. 3. Lon into your online banking using your banking credentials. 4. Select the account to pay from. 5. Your bank will send you a form of payment authentication either through SMS, USSD Push message, or in-app authorisation. Once you have successfully authorised your payment, the transaction is marked as complete.
Electronic funds transfer (EFT) is the sending of money from one bank account to another, either within a single bank or across different banks. They use computer-based systems and don’t require the direct intervention of the bank’s staff. An automated/immediate EFT is a type of payment service that allows you to pay via EFT, without the inconvenience of a waiting period and, in some cases, additional fees.
If funds were deducted from your account and no tickets were received. Please e-mail info@webtickets.co.za along with your proof of payment. One of our agents will assist you within our operating hours.
Please note that FNB customers are limited to R500 per OZOW payment.
