• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Race Entries
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select update details
• Click on the edit button to edit your race entry details and click on save
• Login to your Webtickets profile and click on My Race Entries
• Click on choose action next to your transaction and select update medical questionnaire
• Click on the edit button to edit your race entry details and click on save
Re-enter for the correct race distance, and then request a refund for the wrong entry. Send this request with both entries attached to: refunds@webtickets.co.za

Most races will not allow for refunds as major costs are incurred before race day. This will be stated in the terms and conditions before you complete your entry.
Yes. Please send your Webtickets customer email to active@webtickets.co.za to have this set this up for you. Please note that all entries must be completed prior to the online entries close date.
Please send the your club name to active@webtickets.co.za. You will be notified as soon as your club is listed on Webtickets. In the interim, please select "other", in order to proceed with your entry. This can be updated in your Webtickets profile once your club is on the list.
