The Vocal Division of Stellenbosch University joins forces with Opera UCT for their sixth annual collaboration, presenting a sparkling selection of Brahms’ "Liebeslieder Waltzes" as this year’s theme. Following the previous successes of "Die Winterreise","Le poète disait", "Great Lieder Composers","Canciones Españolas" and last year’s "Celebration of South African Art Song", this year’s Vocal Exchange Concert promises another inspiring evening of shared artistry, fresh perspectives and exceptional young voices reflecting both institutions’ commitment to vocal excellence, collaboration and the continued growth of South Africa’s next generation of singers.

The first 100 Maties students receive free entry, after which student tickets will cost R50.
