STADIUM RULES & SAFETY
To ensure a safe and enjoyable matchday experience for all:
1. Appropriate standards of behaviour are expected at all times. Anyone acting in a disruptive, dangerous, or unacceptable manner may be refused entry or removed from the venue without refund.
2. Security searches of persons, bags, and items may be conducted upon entry or within the stadium.
3. Prohibited items may be confiscated and entry may be refused where necessary.
4. If any item is confiscated, neither stadium security nor the University of Johannesburg can be held liable should that item be lost, damaged, or not returned.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items may NOT be brought into the stadium:
1. Food or drinks of any kind ?? Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food will be available for purchase inside the stadium
2. Glass bottles, cans, containers, or any heavy and/or sharp objects that could be used as projectiles (excluding prescription glasses, reading glasses, sunglasses, and binoculars)
3. Illegal drugs
4. Knives, weapons of any nature, fireworks, or hubbly/bubbly pipes
5. Cooler boxes
6. Large umbrellas o Small handheld umbrellas are permitted o Large umbrellas will not be allowed as they may pose a safety risk
7. Items intended for selling, distributing, or promotional purposes without authorization
8. Animals, except authorized guide or assistance dogs
9. NO Hubblies allowed into stadium!

VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE
· Gates open two (2) hours prior to kick-off
· NO PARKING at the stadium ?? NO PARKING means NO PARKING
· All spectator parking will take place at First Year’s Parking, APK Campus
· A FREE shuttle service will transport spectators:
- From APK Campus to the stadium before the match
- From the stadium back to APK Campus after the match
· No vehicles will be allowed to park at the stadium unless the driver is in possession of a valid event parking permit

Please plan your arrival accordingly to avoid delays.

WEATHER NOTICE
Please note that it often rains at Varsity Cup matches. Spectators are encouraged to bring a raincoat or waterproof bag to keep themselves and their belongings as dry as possible.

TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS VERY IMPORTANT

· NO tickets will be sold at the gates
· Tickets are strictly non-transferable
· Tickets may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for commercial or promotional purposes without written approval from the event organisers
· Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers or third parties are invalid and entry will be denied
· Tickets remain the property of the event organisers and constitute a revocable licence to attend the event

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Each ticket grants the holder a revocable right of entry to the specific event only.
2. A ticket does not include transport, parking, merchandise, or food and beverages unless explicitly stated.
3. A valid ticket must be produced upon entry and on request by event officials at any time.
4. Tickets may not be resold for profit. Breach of this condition may result in cancellation without refund and removal from the venue.
5. Residents’ tickets are purchased using University funds and may not be sold under any circumstances. Any resale of NO Hubblies allowed into stadium!esidence tickets will constitute fraud and may result in disciplinary action.
6. The organisers reserve the right to limit ticket quantities per person, card, or household.
7. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance. In the case of cancellation or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond our control, reasonable efforts will be made to notify ticket holders using the contact details provided at purchase.
