3 & 4 July Audiences will embark on a journey of sonic exploration as they sample three diverse musical acts, each paired with one of Spier’s award-winning Creative Block wines, in some of Spier’s most atmospheric spaces. The evening culminates in a rousing concert. The concept of The Routes of Sound plays on the words routes and roots: the paths to musical discovery you'll follow, and the joy of enjoying music in its most elemental form: unplugged and up-close. We suggest booking an early meal at Veld Restaurant at the Spier Hotel to settle in beforehand. Dress warmly and bring comfortable walking shoes for strolling between venues. WEEKEND LINE-UPS: 3 + 4 July: The Big Band: Nkosenathi Koela, Jonno Sweetman, Nomapostile and Uviwe Caso. 31 July + 1 August: The Big Band: Mishy Kope. 21 + 22 August: The Big Band: Lungiswa Plaatjies, Reza Khota, Sean Sanby and Jonno Sweetman. The Yellowwoods Lounge, Spier Wine Farm, R310 19.30 - 22:00
