Join us for a relaxed, picnic style afternoon filled with jazz, folk, afro-pop and soul. Expect beautiful sounds from artists including Jabulile Majola, Thando Zide, Manana, Brenda Mtambo and guest DJs. A limited number of cushions and chairs will be available, so please bring your own blanket, sunscreen and your good energy.

Bertha Spaces, a program of the Bertha Foundation, supports activists by providing physical spaces and fostering collaboration to advance social justice and human rights. It connects activists and communities to help amplify their work through ongoing relationships and shared resources throughout two spaces - Bertha Retreat and Bertha House. Rooted in the foundation’s commitment to human rights and sustainability Bertha Spaces creates environments that encourage learning, connection, and collaboration.
