Growth Sessions is a concept that started in 2022, where we put the members/poets of the movement to the test, to see how much growth has taken place ever since they have joined Speak Child. We give the poets a 20-minute slot to present a set then it is followed with a 10-minute Q&A with the audience. We also bring out a special guest poet to join us to do the same, being the icing on the cake. This session also offers a space for artists to network amongst themselves or network with potential sponsors and the audience. We will be having 4 growth sessions throughout the year in September, October, November and February.
