Join Grootbos Chef Karla Bailey in the Klein River Cheese Demo Kitchen as she creates a Lemon, Ginger and Lemongrass dessert.
Karla combines rigorous hands-on industry experience with a formal culinary education. For over a year, she has contributed to the culinary team at Grootbos Private Nature Reserve, refining her skills in fine-dining desserts and the art of pastry. She is currently studying at the Chefs Training & Innovation Academy (CTIA).
