Three bottles of wine: Saronsberg Provenance Shiraz 750ml, Saronsberg Shiraz 750ml and Saronsberg Seismic 750ml

All the ingredients for the canapés (serves 2 max. / 3 canapés per person). Please note: the canapés may contain nuts.

Delivery of the pairing packs will only be made within 50kms of Cape Town and Johannesburg and Durban.

What’s on the menu?

A crispy wonton cup filled with tender beef short rib, pickled cucumber, carrots and shallots, finished with a drizzle of Kewpie mayonnaise and a sprinkle of crispy onions, paired with Saronsberg Provenance Shiraz

A crispy poppadom topped with aged Gruyère, spiced tomato and red wine relish, pickled mustard seeds, and a sprinkle of smoked Maldon salt, paired with Saronsberg Shiraz.

A brown butter blondie piped with burnt honey and mascarpone cream, topped with walnut praline and orange zest sugar, paired with Saronsberg Seismic.
