Gate Access sticker/Ticket Collection venue: The Avenues Residential Estate Main Gate, Hilton.

NB GATE ACCESS STICKER MUST BE COLLECTED AT ABOVE ADDRESS ONLY, NO ENTRY WITHOUT CLEARLY DISPLAYED GATE ACCESS STICKER.

Hilton College gates open on Saturday 02 May 2026 from 6am.

Important Information for the day:
- No pets allowed
- No firearms allowed
- No open fires, gas cylinders, generators or other external power sources allowed
- No external caterers allowed
There will be more tiered spectator stand seating provided for a better spectator experience.

Please note the following on spectator information:
- Only cushions will be allowed around the immediate area of Gilfillan Field, NO deck chairs and/or blankets allowed.
- Blankets and chairs may be used on other areas of the campus, except around Gilfillan Field.
- No gazebos will be permitted on campus, except for those allocated on Lombard Field and paid for via purchasing a gazebo plot ticket.
- A selection of food vendors will be available throughout the day.
