Your ticket includes a pairing pack which consists of:

- Three bottles of wine: Doorkeeper Chardonnay 750ml, Doorkeeper Reserve Red 750ml, Doorkeeper Merlot 750ml.
- All the ingredients for the canapés. Please note: the canapés may contain nuts.

What’s on the menu?

A pear and almond crostini served with a whipped blue cheese mousse, caramelised pear and Chardonnay purée and topped with a toasted almond crumble.

A beef biltong brisket slider, filled with tomato relish, smokey aioli and a carrot pickle, finished off with a whipped rosemary garlic butter.

A dark chocolate ganache tart, topped with a plum purée and smoked walnut shavings.

Delivery of the pairing packs will only be made within 50kms of Cape Town, Johannesburg and Durban.
