This exciting event provides young dancers with the opportunity to experience the structure, standards and professional environment of the international competition on a regional level.
Dancers will compete in three age categories similar to those of the main competition: Scholars (9-12 years), Juniors (13-16 years) and Seniors (17-22 years).
Participants will present classical repertoire and a contemporary solo, while demonstrating their technique, artistry and stage presence before an experienced adjudication panel.
The Regional Competition serves as an important development platform for aspiring ballet dancers, offering valuable stage experience and constructive feedback as they prepare to enter the professional realm of dance.
