As the experience unfolds, guests gather around blending tables where creativity becomes the order of the day. With guidance and a palette of red wine components before you, you begin crafting your own blend; adjusting, tasting, refining, until you create something that feels entirely yours.

The bottle you seal and take home becomes more than wine; it becomes a memory captured in glass.

The day or evening draws to a close at The Tangram, where a beautifully prepared two-course menu awaits. With wine perfectly paired to each dish. The meal brings everything together in a way that is warm, comforting, and memorable.

From 18 February to 14 March, on selected Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, guests are invited to share in this intimate journey from vine to wine.
