What’s on the menu?

• Starter: Pickled baby beetroot with fior di latte, smoked carrot lox, shaved radish, whipped lime goat’s cheese and strawberry gel, served with toasted sourdough, paired with Laborie Blanc De Blancs Cap Classique.
• Main: A wild mushroom risotto with a smoked macadamia nut pangrattato, coppa shards, and a sundried tomato pesto oil, garnished with crispy sage, paired with Roodeberg Black Cabernet Sauvignon.
• Treat: A free box of Lindt Lindor assorted truffle chocolate (valued at R199.99), paired with Laborie Le Grand Nectar Rose Cap Classique.
